Kitchen-
A cute but functional kitchen with a small island with four bar chairs, two on each side of the bar perfect for eating breakfast, playing euchre, or using as a workstation.  
The Kitchen is equipped with: an induction 2 burner stove, dishwasher, wine glasses, air fryer, refrigerator, pots & pans, microwave, complete dish sets, baking sheets, toaster, eating utensils, cooking utensils, blender, drinking glasses, outdoor BBQ utensils, and pet feeding station (be sure to tell us your furry friend is coming so we can leave them a complimentary treat bag and stuffed toy).           
The laundry room has its entrance outside off of the back deck. Complimentary detergent pods and fabric sheets are provided.  Beach chairs, an umbrella, a cooler, beach towels, and sunscreen are located in the laundry room.
Outdoor entertaining area- outdoor dining table that seats 6, a BBQ grill, a wood fire pit seating for 6, and a hammock. 
Master Bedroom: The master bedroom features a king-size bed, remote-controlled ceiling fan, smart Roku TV, full-size dresser, and closet. Inside the closet, you'll find hangers, beach towels, and an extra blanket.
Bedroom 2: Has a queen-size bed, mirror, and remote-controlled ceiling fan. In the closet, you'll find hangers, an extra blanket, and beach towels. Bedroom 3: Has a full-size bed, mirror, closet stocked with hangers and an extra blanket, iron board, full-length mirror, and a remote-controlled ceiling fan. The bathroom offers a shower and a vanity with a well-lit mirror. 
House Rules
1: Minimum renter age is 25 years old
2:  No events allowed on the property
3:  No smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes are allowed inside the property. You make smoke outside in the backyard only. Please dispose of cigarette buds appropriately and not on the ground.
4: Pet-friendly (with approval) dogs and cats only
5: There is a city ordinance for quiet hours 11 pm to 8 am
6: Commercial photography and filming are not allowed
7:Do not burn candles due to fire safety hazards.
8:Gas Grill: Please empty the grease drip tray and secure the valve after each use.
9: Wildlife/pest: Pest controls are scheduled quarterly, but we sometimes expect unwanted visitors from nature. 
10. NO DRUG or illicit substances used at any time anywhere on the property.
11. Owners and staff bear NO responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that you may sustain within or during your stay, nor damages to personal belongings or vehicles.
