Beautiful room located in Diamond Bar available for rent in May 25th. The carpet cleaner came over to my house. H clean mattress and carpet. Internet, washer and dryer are free. We liven a nice neighborhood with close freeway access to the 57 and 60. $900 is the rental price that my dad prefer. I would like to provide $43 and it will be down to $857 and i think $900 is very expansive. Visitor is ok during the day time and when my dad is out of town in Taiwan. Daniel and I are friendly, thoughtful and easy going to be living with. I'm trying my best to help my dad out. We have one tenant Daniel M living in the upstairs room, and my fiance Daniel and I. Room has dresser, desk, lamp, closet and bed. Street parking is available. Single occupancy only. No overnight guest and no pets. My fiance Daniel is a sculptor. He can make anything real or imagined. My boyfriend Daniel and I love to cook. I like to learn  guitar, mathematics and other languages. A least is 4 or 6 months and month to month to rent. The reason i'd prefer 4 months is because i have a little anxiety and worry the room won't rent out.  Have a good day to you all. :)
