The Encino Oasis is a Palm Springs vibe home right in the heart of Encino in the San Fernando Valley area of Los Angeles.

Home was built in 1955.

Prior to 1955 this area was the RKO Studio's 'Encino Ranch.'

The Frank Capra / James Stewart Christmas movie classic "It's A Wonderful Life" was filmed here.

The set of Bedford Falls from "It's A Wonderful Life", is now the Encino Village neighborhood.

My street is a peaceful and scenic pocket neighborhood within Encino, and has ample street parking day and night out in front of the home.

Lots of grocery stores, restaurants, bars, shopping, and business services all nearby on Ventura Blvd and the Encino Commons a mile away.  

Tapia Bros. Farm is Encino's own local farm which is open daily in season, sells locally grown fruits and vegetables, and seasonal pumpkins and holiday trees.
