Across the street from the hospital, just a block from the Shore Path (a 3/4 mile walking path along the ocean in Bar Harbor ending at the town pier), Path's End is a perfect in-town location. Within two blocks of the cottage are some of the best restaurants and coffee shops in Bar Harbor. Also within a few blocks are museums, shops, galleries, the Village Green and the pier.

The 2-story cottage has 3 bedrooms: 1 king, 1 queen, and a bedroom with 1 queen and 2 twins/a king (daybed with trundle), all on the 2nd floor. There are two bathrooms: one with a shower on the main floor and a bathroom with oversized tub and separate shower on the 2nd floor. The main level features a kitchen, living room (with gas fireplace) and dining room. There is also a wonderful outdoor deck with nice furnishings and gas BBQ grill, for those relaxing evenings. 

Amenities include washer/dryer, WIFI, 2 TVs, DVD players, microwave, 2 gas fireplaces, a collection of books, gas BBQ and outdoor seating. Kitchen is well stocked with cooking needs including gas stove, microwave, toaster, blender, crock pot, pots, pans, baking ware and a lobster pot. There is off-street parking behind the house with space for 2 vehicles.
