Please note that the door in the bedroom photos is NOT a private entrance to the room. It leads out to a private, but shared with owner patio. It is not a door you can come and go from. There is a shared entrance into the condo.

Renter Responsible for own groceries, and cleaning up after your self and cleaning of your bdrm and bath. Cleaning supplies, shampoo, hair dryer and laundry soap provided. If you need something else, let me know.

Use your own apps for steaming on TV.

Renter subject to background check and verification of income. 

No smoking, overnight guests, parties or pets.

About owner
Owner is a middle aged female, semi retired, quiet, friendly and socially active. No other roommates. I am neat. I have a small dog who is very chill. Renter will not be expected to help care for the dog.
