A spacious 1 bedroom apartment in the basement of our home.  We have furnished this to give you privacy and to be as comfortable as possible.  We know that nurses and other medical professionals work hard at their job and we have tried to make our apartment comfortable and relaxing for you.

We are cat friendly and will accept small dogs under 20 pounds as long as they get along with cats.  We have two resident cats, one of which is harness and leash trained and goes outside in the backyard on a lead.

Outside the apartment is a small private patio with chairs for your enjoyment.  The backyard is fully fenced and will be shared by you and the older couple homeowners.

The bedroom is spacious, has a comfortable queen-sized bed and everything to make your stay comfortable.

The living room is large with built in bookshelves.  Very comfortable to watch TV, a movie, have friends over or just relax. There is a small robot vaccuum cleaner to your space clean with minimal work on your part.

The living room opens into an eat in kitchen with a dining table with 4 chairs.  The kitchen has plenty of cabinets filled with pots, pans, dishes, small appliances and everything you would need to heat a frozen pizza or cook a full meal for you and/or your friends.  

The laundry room has a stacked washer and dryer and a full sized laundry sink.  There are cabinets to hold your laundry supplies.  

The bathroom has a roomy shower with hand held shower head, sink with vanity, cabitnet with drawers and shelves and toilet.  

All utilities and cleaning supplies included with rent.
