I have a bedroom and private bath available in my home .Bedroom has full large closet with full size bed bathroom is a full bath .You will share common space with me kitchen living area laundry , my home is situated on the chewelah golf course in chewelah Wa. 10 minutes from town and 35 minutes from Colville Wa home of providence hospital and clinics. Ski hill close by 60 minutes from spokane . I have my own space on the property. Im easy to get along with .WIFI and some utilities incl You can cook your meals use kitchen and laundry as needed I will have space for your food in fridge .One full kitchen cabinet and a storage locker in garage No heavy perfumes or colognes I am allergic. I'm on a lovely golf course . There are trails for walking nearby ski hill close. lots to do good restaurants in town and restaurant at golf course.I will answer any questions you may have. I expect tenants to be quite respectful  clean and not messy please clean up after yourself . I do not provide maid or cleaning services.If i rent out both bedrooms you may have to share bath price will then be 800.
