3526 Lake Street is a 100 year old brick building that has been completely and entirely renovated to create 2 environmentally friendly, safe, and healthy apartments.  Solar panels, heat pumps, induction cooking - everything is as "green" as I could make it!  I live on the 1st floor and enjoying sharing the side lot gardens with my upstairs guests. I grow lots of fruit and veg and even more flowers, all of which I share with anyone who will take them. You'll find the 2nd floor to be bright and sunny (of course there are black out curtains on every window!) and comfortable. There's a flat screen TV hanging above the electric fireplace. Wifi and all utilities are included. Pretty much any small kitchen appliance that you wish to have during your stay can be in place before you arrive. As a pet-owner myself, the unit and I are pet-friendly.  I will collect a $500 deposit which will be refunded when you move on, assuming no pet damage occurs.
