The Garden View Room is spacious and has a sitting area. It’s in a daylight basement, with a full bathroom across the rec. room. There’s a separate shared laundry room and gym equipment in the rec. room. There’s a living room area set up with a sectional sofa. There is a microwave and small refrigerator in the rec. room. There is a second bedroom that can be added for an additional charge, if you are traveling with family. Parking access on the property. Private back entrance or shared front door entrance. Our home is on 4 acres in a peaceful country setting. One acre is well landscaped with mature trees and gardens. Our guest will have shared deck access. Multi Care Hospital is 15 minutes away. A car will be necessary at this location. There are great hiking trails in the Yakima valley. White pass ski area is an hour drive. Yakima has a great rock climbing gym. The valley has many wineries, and breweries. Our home has 3 friendly dogs. (They aren’t allowed in the Garden view room or the second bedroom). No guest pets are allowed. No smoking.
