I have a huge room downstairs available to be rented ASAP in a 6 bedroom 3 bath House located in a quiet neighborhood in Lemon Grove. You will have the bathroom to yourself unless we have visitors. DM me if you are interested or if you have any questions.

House is a relaxed environment, no drama just keep clean after yourself. No smoking inside the house, alcohol is fine. No pets. Owners are both in the military, working professionals who are clean and respectful. The house is equipped with solar, water filtration system (alkaline water), security system, firepit, and home gym. Washer and dryer in the house open for everyone, spacious backyard, additional refrigerator and freezer in the garage. The garage is converted into a home gym, but there are plenty parking on the driveway and on the street. 

Rents are as follows:

~10x21 room is $1700 a month all utilities included. (Room 3, located downstairs)

Proof of income required, and a background/credit check fee. If interested just let me know a bit about yourself and what you do, then I can get someone to show the room/house. If interested, from there we can start the process.

NOTE: we plan on getting a jacuzzi for the backyard to make it more cozy!! Lmk if you are interested.
