The home is 1344 square feet. The home has central heat & air conditioning. The home has 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom for rent has a private bathroom & a walk in closet. The smaller bedroom for rent has closet space. There is a fully equipped laundry room. The home has an enclosed front porch (where I like to smoke my reefer/420) & also has a back porch. There is a large storage shed on the property. The lot is almost half an acre, enough to fit ten or fifteen autos. The master bedroom rents for $1400/month. The smaller bedroom rents for $1000/month. There is a $1000 non refundable move in fee. The master bedroom has a bed set, but both bedrooms can be fully furnished. My backup house (a 3bd3ba house next door to my parents) has all the furniture that one can need. And, I drive a longbed standard shift F-150 that makes deliveries every day.

This ad is for vegetarian/vegan females only. No pets, no children, no males or overnight guests allowed. I don't want traffic at my house at all. I don't drink alcohol & I smoke REEFER/420. Speaking of reefer, I get the best reefer in the city. 

Once again. This ad is for vegetarian/vegan females ages 22 & older only with a college degree, or studying towards a degree. I do walk around the house naked late at night. Don't judge me.
