We have 1 bedroom w/ shared bath with availability 4/12th in a recently renovated Merrifield home just a few steps away from Inova Fairfax Hospital, 5mi. from Tysons Corner Mall, half mile away from I-495 and 17min. from DC, plus, a bus stop within walking distance!
This home has spacious bedrooms, the usual common areas and a shared bathroom that we all respect and keep clean after each use.
The home common area isn’t very big, so please, only move with furniture that will be kept in your own room.
We live on the lower level, unfortunately, not wheel-chair accessible.

The Single Room cost $800 monthly with bills and pool!
	Bedroom space is 12x14.
	It has a closet space of 5x3, plus tons of wall hocks in the side of the room.
	This bedroom is currently empty.
