Lovely private room and private bath, also huge patio/Arizona room to share in an adult community.  Parking is available in the car port.  There is a nice club house, swimming pool, sauna, pool room, recreation room for the residency, also an entertainment room for parties, anniversaries weddings.  Dave White Park is a 2-minute walk which sports golfing and pickle ball court, basketball court or you can just sit and relax and go fishing or just enjoy watching the ducks in the pond.  Dave White Park has golfing and just a friendly neighborly neighborhood.  Must be mature and responsible.  There is a Walgreens and rental car area, Enterprise close by as well as Safeway for all of your groceries, or you are also close to Fry's supermarket.  Walmart is about 5 or six miles away, so the area is nice and comfortable and offer many other amenities.
