Fully furnished room includes queen sized bed, new Helix mattress, mini dinette, desk, chair, 2 huge closets, and all linens, towels, essentials, smart tv, fast internet and WiFi. In home new washer, dryer, 1/2 of full size new refrigerator , new dishwasher and fully equipped kitchen.

You can hear the birds sing in this serene, quiet and beautiful large yard with mature trees and the house has a covered porch.

Your housemates include personable, peaceful, communicative homeowner who will respect your privacy, (meditation teacher, retired veterinarian, writer and artist), 3 friendly adorable dogs, one is a very big Goldendoodle youngster but I pretty much control them except sometimes they will be in the yard, so clearly you must be a pet person, and 4 entertaining cats. My pets not allowed in the rented room and mostly hang out with me. All the litter boxes are located in an outside “Catio”. Your pets considered depending on circumstances with extra fee and deposit.

About Me:

I am currently working from home very focused on writing a book and attending online classes. I teach mindfulness meditation. I am personable and communicative. Happy to help you know this beautiful neighborhood and all that is nearby. Young at heart and very active; camping, hiking and backpacking. I value my privacy and yours but supportive and friendly if you need that, but need quiet to work. But rooms pretty well insulated.

PS I do love kids of all ages and I’m fine with visiting but this is a not a good set up with working at home and wanting quiet for kids to live here full time so I apologize
