Central air and heat are kept very comfortable year-round. The family room doubles as a very nice theatre room. There is also a separate living room. The bedroom is unfurnished, a good size and will hold all your furniture. The room can be furnished if need be. The shared bathroom has double vanities for convenience, and there is a separate shower room.
	The nice sized yard is dog friendly. The backyard features real grass, trees, a large firepit, a tree swing, a gazebo and lots of furniture for outdoor living.  The backyard is also private and it backs to a preserve. Parking is in the driveway.
	All utilities including unlimited WiFi are included with rent.  The rent is $850 per month. Due at move-in is $850 for first month’s rent, and $400 for security deposit. Available now, 4-1-26.
