It is located in a small, quiet complex close to Intel, not far from Nike, and a short walk to all shopping areas, bus line and Max Line.  It is nicely appointed and comfortable with kitchen privileges.  There's a balcony with flower garden to relax in during summer and fall.
      I am an active senior lady who is friendly, respectful of others and also likes reading, TV, birds, flowers and some quiet time.  This complex is strictly no smoking of any kind and I require a person to be a non-smoker.  There is no extra storage so hopefully you travel on the light side.  The owner requires a $50 background check and her approval before move-in.  $700 rent, Wifi $25 and electricity is shared.  $300 deposit  with a 6 month lease (negotiable) and after that would be on a monthly basis.  No smoking, drugs, pets  or overnighters.  Sobriety is appreciated. There is off street parking available and on-site laundry.
      Max and bus stops are close, as  well as many restaurants, grocery stores, banks, and Intel.  Approx. 25 min drive to Portland on Hwy 26. Portland, and Tanasborne Mall is not far away.
